We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful and the reception hall was stunning. The rooms were a decent size, clean, and had plenty of clean towels. The air conditioning in the room was a bonus. The location of the hotel was great, as it was only a 20-minute walk from the city centre. There was also a tram stop located close by for those who prefer public transportation. The staff, especially the gentleman at reception, were very friendly and helpful. They held our bags when we arrived early and even ordered taxis for us. We didn't eat at the hotel, but there was a delicious cafe called "Hinterland" nearby that we would highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

One aspect that could be improved is the gym facilities, which were lacking in terms of free weights and equipment for serious fitness enthusiasts.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of the city with a tram stop just a few meters away from the entrance. It made getting around so convenient and hassle-free. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful. They even let us check-in before the designated time, which was such a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities, like the big plasma screens and good AC units. The attention to detail and the comfort provided really made our stay feel luxurious.
